1. Bookmark all tabs (Ctr + Shift + D)

2. Click 3 dots, choose Bookmarks and lists, then right click the folder and go open all. (Doesn't save tab groups?, but there is a flag you can enable (paste chrome://flags/#tab-groups-save) to make tab groups save)

3. Once your done, you can delete the folder and tab groups
